What We Do

We are a one-stop for art and related services.  Our services include; design to installation project services, custom commissions, artwork and print sales, sourcing, a fine art showroom, and a boutique.  We also serve as the art curation and program directors for the Hub & Spoke Design Center. 

 

We work with collectors, interior designers, homeowners, and corporate buyers for offices, healthcare, and other commercial settings to bring a combination of full service, personal touch, and hassle-free services paired with a broad network of local to national artists, and other creative small business entrepreneurs.

 

This allows us to offer customers a blue ocean of options based on their goals, style, and budget and for emerging professional artists and other makers to gain exposure and have additional opportunities to grow their careers.

Community Outreach

In addition to our services and evangelizing the intrinsic value of art, HFA believes art thrives when we all work together, bring our unique gifts, find ways to give back and become a part of our local art and the business community. 

 

We are a certified woman-owned business that strives to employ and mentor emerging artists and support a broad network of artists through the sale of artwork.  Unlike traditional consultants or galleries, we believe in transparency and ensure that artists we partner with receive  65-80% of sales proceeds on consigned works.  

 

We hold board positions, volunteer, sponsor, regularly donate and attend events in support of institutions focused on the arts, education, mentoring, leadership, diversity, inclusion, and in support of women in business.

 

HFA Founder, Jill Lehman, shares her expertise and furthers our mission through private consultation, speaking engagements, blogs, and serving as a juror for exhibitions & grant funding.

JILL LEHMAN

Founder, CEO & Consultant

Jill believes that visual arts are a powerful yet often underutilized asset to our individual growth and within our homes, organizations, and communities. As a seasoned personal and corporate art collector, she also understands sourcing, selecting and commissioning artwork can be an overwhelming and time consuming process.

 

Since childhood, Jill has been immersed in a variety of creative outlets including visual arts, music, and design.  She is a mom to emerging artists, a creative partner to a professional artist and filmmaker, a seasoned art collector and entrepreneur.   This interest and exposure combined with a career leading operations and global to local people, culture, and physical work environment strategy and transformation initiatives have provided her with a unique perspective to people, art, and design. 

 

Jill has helped transform cultures and spaces into vibrant, engaging, and purpose-driven multi-year Best Places to Work and Five Star wellness workplaces.  Her dedication to mentoring others has helped individuals find their passion, purpose, and growth in both experience and career.

Her work has led to recognition as an Indiana Chamber HR Professional of the Year, a Stevie Award, Female Executive of the Year, and as a community art supporter and evangelist.  She is a graduate of Purdue University and active Boilermaker alumni and fan.

Jill has served on a variety of boards and supports endeavors focused on mentoring and development, education, community leadership, art programming, and supporting women in business, technology, and start-ups.

Jill’s mission in creating High Frequency Arts was to make purchasing artwork simple, straightforward and with full scale personalized services curing us from empty walls or mass produced decor and instead use art to help people, organizations, and communities thrive.

REBECCA BATTIATO

Client Advisor

 

Rebecca is an artist, professional photographer, educator, and creative problem-solver.  

With gallery experience and a bachelor’s degree in fine art with a concentration in art therapy and a minor in psychology, Rebecca has taken her artistic nature and education into a career working in art therapy and educational programs within social services, healthcare setting, and special education environments.

 

Rebecca joined High Frequency Arts because she believes in the mission and wants others to experience the renewal of energy, positive outcomes, and powerful healing through engagement with art.

JULIE MILLER

Showroom & Events Manager

Julie is an events and client services professional and art enthusiast.

With years of hospitality and customer service experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Julie brings a wealth of expertise in events and business management and a lifelong appreciation for art and a personal mission around serving customers. Julie celebrates and is devoted to the advancement of artists careers.

Julie joined High Frequency Arts because the mission resonated with her and she has a deep desire to make art more accessible and approachable through community engagement and events.
