Shipping Policy

Artworks are shipped to the buyer directly from the gallery or an artist’s location.  Shipping costs are paid for by the buyer at the time the artwork is purchased.  Shipping cost for items returned will be deducted from the refund amount noted in our return policy.

 

Shipping cost are determined based on the type of artwork, value, size, weight, location, insurance and the packaging materials necessary to provide quality and safe preparation and delivery.  High Frequency Arts partners with carriers who have experience in shipping artwork and other fine furnishings.

 

For original works, a Certificate of Authenticity will be included in the package with your artwork.

 

What if I experience damage in the shipping or installation process?

Artwork is delicate and must be handled with care.  That’s why we work with preferred carrier partners to provide the best possible methods to insure safe transit and delivery.    If items are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately to provide the information necessary to process your claim.

 

Return Policy

What if I decide I don’t like what I purchased?

Returns are outlined in our policy. We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction.

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any retail program item, return it with the receipt within 10 days of receipt for a replacement, exchange or return; Items outside of than 10 days and/or items damaged while in your possession will not be eligible for return.

Artwork purchased sales are final unless there is a quality deflect in the materials within 30 days of purchase.  All products are inspected for quality prior to and upon sale.   Artwork is delicate and requires safe handling.  Items damaged outside of gallery possession is non refundable.
